Application form and documents

I. Admission Documents

For applicants applying for either non-scholarship study or scholarship study, you need to prepare the following scanned documents as PDF files for our reviewing process:

1. Application form (click here to download).

2. A notarised copy of original high school diploma.

3. A notarised copy of original high school academic transcripts/study record.

4. A notarised copy of original passport or ID card (if any for the passport, but the passport must be available when you are informed to prepare your visa application).

5. A notarised copy of English/Vietnamese language proficiency certificate (if any).

6. Health certificate issued by the authorised bodies in your country or in Vietnam within the last 06 months. 

* For the original documents not written in English/Vietnamese language, their notarised English/Vietnamese translations are required.

Notes:

If the documents do not meet our requirements, your application will be judged invalid.

The hard copies of the documents must be additionally submitted to us when you enroll in a Vietnamese/English language course, or a Bachelors' program before you start the program.

II. Bachelor's Enrolment Documents

For those who are eligible for enrolling in a Bachelor's program, besides the hard copies of the Admission Documents, the following Bachelor's Enrolment Documents must be submitted to us:

1. Application form for international applicants to study in Vietnam (download here).

2. A copy of high school diploma or equivalence with an original Consular Legalisation stamp.

3. A copy of high school academic transcripts/study record or equivalence with an original Consular Legalisation stamp.

4. A notarised copy of passport whose validity fully covers the course time or at least 01 year from the tentative date of arrival.

5. A notarised copy of English/Vietnamese language proficiency certificate (if any).

6. A health certificate issued by the authorised bodies in Vietnam within the last 06 months. The medical check-up follow the Circular 14/2013/TT-BYT (Thông tư 14/2013/TT-BYT).

* For documents that are not written in English/Vietnamese, their notarised English/Vietnamese translations are required.

* Consular Legalisation could be made by either the Vietnamese authorised diplomatic missions in your country prior to your enrolment or those of your country in Vietnam within 06 months from your arrival.
Notes: Without receiving the documents for enrolment as required, your study eligibility and the scholarships you have been offered by TDTU will be terminated. 

Summary:

- To apply for the admission for the Vietnamese/English language course or Bachelor's program, the scan of the Admission Documents must be sent to our email admission.undergraduate@tdtu.edu.vn

- To enroll on the Vietnamese/English language course, the hard copies of the Admission Documents must be submitted to us.

- To enroll on the Bachelor's programs, the hard copies of both Admission Documents and Bachelor's Enrolment Documents must be submitted to us.
